I have to echo other recent reviews of this Chipotle: great food but service is worthy of 1 star. So I entered the line behind a pair of guys ordering 4 burritos. Anyway, there was some big deal (for the staff) about how many cups of sour cream and guac they wanted. One of the workers was visibly ANGRY about a simple communication issue. Body language and tone of voice say so much and clearly she is unaware of this fact. I guess they have the dividing glass so high so she doesn't lunge across the counter and slug some poor dolt who doesn't know enough about Chipotle. Anyway, I swallowed hard when she asked me what I would like. My wife wanted pork in her burrito but I didn't see it on the board (it was visible behind the counter), so I asked what carnitas was and it was explained. "Okay, I'll have the pork then." "You mean carnitas (emphasis on the last word, stupid customer)" "Oh, sure" Anyway, she seemed annoyed when I ordered another burrito. Don't ask me why, I don't know. Advice: turn off the roaring ventilation hood when not cooking, retrain or adjust the medication of employees, and don't forget to smile. I call this the Yelper's Dilemma: horrible service, excellent food...what to do, what to do?

I guess I shouldn't be surprised after reading the other reviews...ditto here. The food is great! I really appreciate that they have many local, quality, non-gmo ingredients. The reason for 3 stars is that I averaged the 5 star food with the 1 star service attitude. I went in for lunch and was surprised that the employee was so rude to the woman in front of me. He was very obviously annoyed by a simple request from her (lettuce at the bottom of her taco). He was also clearly irritated that she spoke with an accent. Make sure if you go for the great tacos that you're ready to assert yourself when ordering. Kinda reminded me of the Seinfeld "soup nazi." Order the way we want or NO TACOS FOR YOU! I really hope they get that in check.

Food was good, service was terrible. Girlfriend asked for extra sour cream the guy questioned her about it. The workers were yelling at a lady in front of us because they couldn't understand her, and were being rude the whole time. If you think this chipotle is up to par, then you should Come to the chipotle in Reading,PA and you would be astonished with the great food and service that chipotle is USUALLY known for.

Love it here they have the best bowls and chips. I go here all the time for my Mexican food fix! The employees are fun and inviting when you walk in on either a busy day or slow day. Nice cold corona and some chips and salsa! Meat is cooked with best flavor!

Subpar service & employees. The way they work the line is totally inefficient- the line moves really slow because there are 7 people asking the same questions. They probably need better training, which lies in the hands of the GM/RM. I got barely any guac on my bowl, and my friend was overcharged for another bowl that she didn't buy. They couldn't refund their own mistake, they had to give her a card for a "free" burrito. Save your time and go get some local beach food, save Chipotle for the locations you know it'll be worth it.

I have been wanting to try Chipotle for a long time and finally did today and it was amazing. The menu is very easy to understand, the price is reasonable, and the staff is very friendly. The restaurant is also very clean. Whenever an employee was not helping a customer, I saw them cleaning. I will definitely go to other Chipotle locations in the near future.

As usual, the food was awesome! This time my husband and I decided to have drinks. He had Corona and I ordered a margarita. It took a while for me to get the margarita. I should have ordered a water to hold me over as the food is perfectly spicy. Once I got it I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't expect such a great margarita! It was so good I ordered a second when the meal was complete. This experience was horrible. They weren't even busy and forgot to make it. My husband went up to check the status and was asked, "oh, do you still want that?". SERIOUSLY??? We paid for it! My husband said as much and we were told that it would be made right away. The second one was horrible! It was like they did it on purpose. It wasn't our fault they forgot to make it. I don't think they put any tequila in it. I just feel surprisingly ripped off by an establishment I really loved until now.

first time at this location. I love Chipotle but the service was terrible. I understand this location is busy due to its location, so then you need to plan accordingly as a company. The only reason I would come back to this location is out of necessity!

(08/10/2013) An oasis of sustenance at the outlets. Right when you need some something to bolster you during a long, hard day of shopping, Chipotle is right there to provide it to you. Same great shredded Carnitas and Barbacoa that you'd expect. Always a line, as with every Chipotle I've ever been to regardless of time of day. I usually get a little bit of everything, add guacamole, and settle down with a bottle of the green Tabasco (a little dab with every bite). For no reason at all, this particular location is pretty skimpy on the lettuce (weird).

I give them three stars only because I really like Chipotle restaurants in general. However, service at this location is always shoddy (I've been four times now), and the margarita I had today was one of the worst I've ever had.

This was my second time visiting this location. Their overall downfall is the actual process of getting people in and out in a timely fashion. There always seems to be a significant amount of people waiting in line and I guess maybe management still hasn't figured out that they need an extra hand or two in the actual food selection process. Other than that the restrooms are clean, and food taste good as always.

I'll start by saying I have never had a bad meal at any Chipotle. The taste and quality of the food is always consistent for me (my rating has nothing to do with the taste or quality of the food here.) My Mom and I were outlet shopping and stopped for a quick burrito bowl before our drive back to MD. The story of this meal is way to long to type but in a nutshell we were told they didn't have lettuce. Then we were told they did have lettuce and it was being washed and they would bring it out to us. Then we heard them tell some other couple that they didn't have lettuce, and then lettuce magically appeared after I went up the counter again and asked for it. There were no forks, and three of the soft drink were taped up with out of order signs.

I am local and love Chipolte. So I was happy to see one arrive locally. They have terrible service. The workers are not even remotely pleasant. The meats are terrible. If you are going to charge top dollar for your food, you should have top notch service and food to serve.
